Fall Equinox Jazz Concert

After an excellent turnout of families and locals alike at our August Jazz Concert, Jesse Lynch is bringing The Vortex back to McGolrick park to celebrate the fall equinox with a night of jazz music. Local pianist Jesse Lynch is known for his Vortex Jazz Series, a secret monthly event held in his loft in the industrial section of Greenpoint. The Vortex brings together rotating sets of jazz musicians performing both new compositions and jazz standards in an intimate, casual setting. Jesse will be joined by Stan Killian on sax, Moppa Elliott on bass, and Matt Smallcomb on drums.
