9am 🦜McGolrick Bird Club @mcgolrickbirdclub (meet at the corner of Russell St. and Driggs Ave.) 🍃City Nature Challenge kicks off with spot-that-species bingo. Magnifying glass giveaway while supplies last!🔍
9:30am 🎨McGolrick Art Club Plein Air session with Sebastian Deregibus @latinoamerikanskie (register here)
10am 🧹Park cleanup (tools provided), plant and book swap (one bag of donated books per person) 🍎Composting with @nbkcompost and @bigreuse
10:30am 📖Children’s story time with Greenpoint Public Library 🧶Yarn circle
11am 🖼️Kids’ recyclable art project with local artist Emily Hwu 🧢Kids’ clothing swap (please bring gently used and clean clothing sorted by size) ♻️Bilingual Earth Day walk in English and Polish in collaboration with Greenpoint Public Library @bklyn_geec for the City Nature Challenge @citnatchallenge
